Fitting in

When I first moved here ( around 2 years ago ) I was new to the school and didn't feel like I fit in for a long time. Around last year I made a few friends and my school life improved greatly. Before that, I just went through school and didn't really interact. After, I had a lot more fun when I had people to socialize with.

Neighborhood Treatment

When the children move to welch, they realize that the entire town is all about fighting and brawling. Jeanette and her siblings get into a lot of fights. One day a neighbor Ernie starts to fight with Jeannete and Brian. They throw rocks at them and called them trash. In reaction to this, the siblings fight back by making a catapult with a mattres and launching rocks. Their general reaction to the treatment they are reviving is to just fight back

Giving Up Connection l

So around 8th grade, I just kinda felt like not trying at school. For whatever reason, I felt no compelling reason to attempt anything. I didn't see that point. Eventually some of my teachers saw what was going on and consulted with me. They made me see the wrong in what I was doing, and corrected it. Same with my parents, they set me on the right path from where I was going. After that I realized the value in doing well at school and have kept that mentality ever since. It's made me a better student.

Welch Blog Post

Welch was at one point, a relatively busy and important mining town. That was before people left and the town became a dingy shell of its former self. Certain things make the town seem like it's given up or lost hope. Since there is really no plumbing, everyone just flushes their sewage into the river, which makes it one of the dirtiest rivers in the country. Many people have lost their jobs and almost all are living in poverty. It's truly a town that's gone downhill.

Memoir Connection

So last summer, I at first was extremely lazy. I didn't really want to do to much, and I just hung around and not much else. My parents wanted me to get outside and start jogging. Starting off, I didn't want to at all. Jogging just seemed like to much of an effort. Then I started jogging, and I felt better after a time. Getting outside and exercising turned out to be a great idea, and it's helped me stay healthy as a person since.

Jeanette's Family is unsupportive

Jeannettes family is very dysfunctional for several reasons. For one, her dad doesn't know when to stop when it comes to crossing the line. When they were driving across the desert, he started to speed up faster and faster. Jeannette encourages him, so he didn't stop driving fast. As a result of this, their car broke down and they had to leave it behind along with many of the belongings. Another example is how Rex has a drinking problem. His violent fits of drunkness always cause massive problems with the family. He breaks things and has no regard for where he is or who he's swinging at.

Macbeth Diary

I did no expect being a king to be so stressful and hard. I will probably have to kill even more people just so I can keep my position as king safe. I haven't yet told my wife about my plans to kill Banquo and Fleance because I doubt she would keep it a secret. The only person I can really trust is myself at this point. Now, I love my wife, but something  keeps telling me that she dosent really love me back. Her pressure of me killing Duncan gives me suspicion that she only wants power. Killing Duncan is a sin that can never be washed from my mind. It will haunt me forever and probably come back to kill me.

2.1 MEAEAT Paragraph

In Macbeth, by William Shakespeare, the invisible dagger symbolizes death and Macbeths desire to become king. " Hear it not, Duncan, for it is a knell That summons thee to heaven or hell. " ( 2.1 76-77 ) This quote shows Macbeth is thinking about killing Duncan with the dagger and sending him to heaven or hell. Death has to become a factor in his plans if he wants to succed. " A dagger of the mind, a false creation Proceeding from the heat oppressed brain." ( 2.1 50-51 ) This quote shows that Macbeth is proceeding the fact that he would become king if he were to kill Duncan. As he is thinking about becoming king, he desire is so great that a falsified dagger appears before his eyes. In conclusion, Macbeth has to become a murderer and kill Duncan if he wants to become king.

Macbeth Blog Post

In Macbeth by William Shakespeare, Lady Macbeth refers to gender in her soliloquy because she is comparing women to men in that men should be more brutal and ruthless. " What thou art promised . Yet do I fear thy nature; it is too full o th' milk of human kindness." Act 1 Scene 5. Lady Macbeth addresses gender in this quote by saying that men should be meaner and not as nice as he is. His human nature is to nice to carry out the deed he needs to carry out to become king.

" And fill me from the crown to the toe top-full of direst cruelty. Make thick my blood." Act 1 Scene 5. This quote shows that Lady Macbeth wants to be filled with fickle from men so she can become meaner and more ruthless. Because she is a woman, she thinks that she need the blood of actual men to become ruthless. In conclusion, Lady Macbeth think men are fundamentally crueler and should be able to kill without much problem at all.
